These terms apply to purchases from Faigy’s Boutique. Please review the product details, shipping information and return policy before placing an order.

Products and availability

Available colors, sizes and prices are shown on each product page. Availability depends on the selected variant. Please check your selections before ordering.

If an item becomes unavailable or we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. If we cannot fulfill your order, any payment collected for the unfulfilled item will be refunded.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Orders ship from our Brooklyn store.

Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. New York time begin processing on the next business day.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customers pay ordinary return shipping. We cover necessary return shipping for wrong, damaged or defective items. There is no restocking fee, and returns can also be arranged at our store.

After receiving and inspecting a return, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary.

For a change or cancellation request, call us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the request can be completed before the order is dispatched.
