You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
For ordinary returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Wrong, damaged or defective items are handled separately under the return shipping terms below.

Return shipping costs
Customers pay return shipping for ordinary returns, including a change of mind or a different size preference. If we sent the wrong item or an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange this before paying for return shipping.
We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns may also be brought to our store.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider determines how long the refund takes to appear in your account.
